REGISTRATION

On receipt of registration and payment, you will receive an acknowledgement letter, a GST / TAX receipt, and a complimentary copy of the “Global Benchmarking Network Review, 2003/04” and your choice of Best Practice Report (for workshop attendees only).

CANCELLATIONS

• After 16 January 2004, full refund less a 35% administration fee.
• After 16 February 2004, no refund but printed conference/workshop materials will be provided.
• Substitutions permitted at any time with no penalty.
