Fees for Delegates

Congress registration
Registration includes full admission to the days that have been booked including the exhibition hall, lunches and refreshments during the Congress sessions.  It does not include the Welcome Cocktails, Networking Function or Official Conference Dinner (these must be booked separately).

Fees to the above do not include the following:

• Welcome Reception (Sunday night – 3rd December)
  $40.00 (GST inclusive)
• Networking “Surprise” Function (Monday night – 4th December)
  $50.00 (GST inclusive)
• Official Conference Dinner (Tuesday night – 5th December)
  $80.00 (GST inclusive)
• “Building Business Capability” Workshop (Thursday 7th December, 9.00am to 4.30pm)
  $670.50 (delegates)/$745 (non-delegates) (GST inlcusive)
• “How to do Benchmarking Well” Workshop (Friday 8th December, 9.00am to 4.30pm)
  $670.50 (delegates)/$745 (non-delegates) (GST inlcusive)

Discount
If 3 or more delegates from the same company subtract $75.00 per delegate per booking.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation must be given in writing. Refunds are as follows

• After June 1st 2006: full refund less $NZ100 administration fee
• After November 1st 2006: no refund

Event Cancellation Policy and Guarantees
The World Congress reserves the night to cancel or reschedule any event or lecture session. In the event of the cancellation of the full Congress the organisers will refund all registration fees less any non-refundable deposits and expenses. Please be advised that the World Congress management is not responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel charges and custom duty taxes you may incur during your visit to New Zealand or the Congress. You are advised to purchase your own travel insurance against such occurrences.
