Welcome from the Chairman of the Host Committee

The host committee are extremely proud that the Congress is coming to New Zealand for the first time. It is timely especially as NZ recently began a major initiative to improve the performance of NZ organisations – the Business Capability Partnership. This is an initiative that aims to ensure that the best business improvement services are provided to NZ organisations.

We are confident that through this Congress New Zealand’s organisations, business service providers, policy makers and academics will gain considerably from networking and learning from all our international speakers and delegates. And we are also sure that our international speakers and delegates will have a tremendous learning and sharing experience and importantly enjoy our kiwi hospitality and beautiful country.

Along with the other committee members I look forward to meeting you all.
