Workshops

Two workshops have been arranged. These will be facilitated by Benchmarking Partnerships.

Thursday 7th December (9.00am to 4.30pm):
“Building Business Capability” Workshop

This is NOT a standard seminar or workshop. There will be lots of facilitated discussion and knowledge transfer between participants and speakers and sharing of contact details for later follow up. This sharing and learning will help you to internalise the findings from the Congress and so enable you to develop action plans once you return to your organisation. Best practices will be shared that are relevant to the themes of the Congress

Friday 8th December (9.00am to 4.30pm):
“How to do Benchmarking Well” Workshop

Participants will learn how to:

  • Determine a Benchmarking Project – Topic and Scope
  • Identify Benchmarking Partners
  • Identify Best Practices
  • Collect and Analyse Benchmark Data to avoid comparing apples and oranges
